1 Pineapple, 5cm ginger root 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil. Juice in juicer and drink.
#2 - Carotene Surprise
Your body converts Beta-Carotene to Vitamin A. Get as much of this as you can as it creates healthy skin, immunity and much more.
3 carrots ½ melon 1 slice watermelon 1 teaspoon spirulina
Juice and drink.
#3 - Creamy Green
This juice tastes lovely, it's creamy, carroty and has a kick. 1 lime 4 carrots 1 handful watercress 1 bunch of parsley.

2 large handfuls raspberries 1 handful blackcurrants 1 handful blueberries
